Custom sound clips can enhance your PBX system. Here's how to add them:
1. Access the PBX Tab: In the customer portal, navigate to the PBX tab, and select the specific PBX you want to customize.
2. Add PBX Functionality: Look for the "Add PBX Functionality" button and click on it.
3. Select "Play Message": From the menu on the right, choose the "Play Message" option.
4. Create a Custom Sound Clip:
- In the "Play Message" menu, you'll find a "Create" button.
- Clicking "Create" presents two options:
- Upload: You can upload MP3 or WAV files and name them accordingly.
- Record: Specify a phone number, and you'll receive a call to record the custom sound clip.
With these steps, you can personalize your PBX system by adding custom sound clips, creating a unique and professional experience for callers.
