Subscriptions - How to change between SIM and E-SIM

Switching between a physical SIM card (SIM) and an embedded SIM (E-SIM) is a straightforward process. Here's how you can do it: 

1. Access the Subscriptions Tab: Begin by navigating to the Subscriptions tab, where you manage your subscriptions. 

2. Select the Subscription: Locate and select the subscription for which you want to make the change. 

3. Find the Manage Button: In the subscription view, look for the "Manage" button. 

4. Deactivate the Subscription: Select "Deactivate" to deactivate the subscription. You can verify its deactivation status by fetching data. 

5. Access Advanced View: Once deactivated, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Advanced View." 

6. Create a New Activation: Click the "Create" button. This action creates a new activation, with most fields pre-filled. 

7. Update ICC Section: In the new activation, ensure you update the ICC section with the new ICC. 

8. Select E-SIM: At the bottom of the dropdown menu, choose "E-SIM" as either true or false, depending on your requirements. 

That's it! You've successfully changed between SIM and E-SIM for the subscription, providing flexibility in adapting to your connectivity needs.
