ordering a top up for a subscription in the customer portal is a straightforward process here's how you can do it 1\ select the company begin by choosing the desired company from the company tab 2\ enter the portal click on "display in portal" to enter the customer portal 3\ access the subscription tab inside the customer portal, navigate to the "subscription" tab 4\ choose the subscription from the list of subscriptions, select the one for which you want to order a top up 5\ initiate top up in the subscription view, locate and select the "order top up" button that's it! you've successfully ordered a top up for the selected subscription in the customer portal this allows you to manage your subscription's resources and ensure uninterrupted service
