Subscriptions - How to reset an unlimited data plan

Resetting an unlimited data plan can be achieved through a product change and revert process. Here's how you can do it: 

1. Select the Subscription: Start by going to the subscriptions tab and selecting the subscription for which you want to reset the data plan. 

2. Click "Manage": After selecting the subscription, click on the "Manage" button. 

3. Change Product: Within the management options, choose "Change Product." 

4. Wait for Product Change: Allow some time for the product change to take effect. 

5. Change Back to Original Product: Once the product has been changed, revert it back to the original unlimited data plan. 

Please note that some operators might offer automated top-ups, which can be an alternative to resetting an unlimited data plan. 

Additionally, you can also make adjustments in provisioning or order a data top-up while removing any charges made via top-ups from invoicing. These methods provide flexibility in managing data plans to suit your needs.
