Orders - How to Order a Data SIM

to order a datasim you start off by finding the subscription you want to add it to then click on "display in portal" after that you scroll down until you see the option for data sim set the amount of sims you want to order and click "order" once the order is placed a work order will be created for each individual data sim find this/these under the "work orders" tab in the admin view from here you'll add an icc to the data sim order once that's added print the welcome letter and send the sim card(s) to the customer
